Huge Update

Okay, so I have been off of work for the past week and it has been so nice!!! I have the best friends in the whole wide world!!! They gave me a "To Go" party, and it was pretty amazing! We had a hula hoop contest and played Uno and hung out! There were some people there that I hadn't seen in quite a while, and it was so nice! Here are some fun pics:

Then I went and visited Miss Elaine! Soooo much fun! We went and saw Hannah Montana, did a photo shoot, went to a show, scrapbooked, painted, played at Chuck E. Cheese (I got a cool tattoo), and went to this super cool thing called Late Night. I'm still waiting on her to post the pics on her camera to share, but this is what I have to commemorate the trip right now:

These are her super cool shots from the shoot:

Also, she made me this gorgeous painting: It's going to go perfectly in my new room in Colorado when I get it! haha.

Then, my two besties and I went out to dinner last night and ended with a game of Life (We decided Crystal is going to have a million babies because of her annoyance by kids) and Twilight commentary in the background:

The new challenge is up at Scrap Outside the Box! Yipee! Come play with us! Here's my take:
Now, it's your turn. Go make a layout using envelopes! So easy, so fun! Then go to Scrap Outside the Box and post a link to your layout!!!! You could win a super rad "gift certificate" from Radiant Thespian Designs! New stuff is supposed to be going up soon before the winner is chosen, so you will have more cool stuff to choose from! :]

Also, if you would like to sponsor a challenge and get some great publicity, just let me know!!! :] We would love to support you on our blog! :]

I've been scrap happy the past few days. Here are the layouts I have finished recently:

I made some fun things with QuicKutz at mom's store:

Tomorrow is my last actual day in Alabama. I have to super pack and load my car...I drive to Colorado on Friday...That should be an eventful trip! I must take lots of pictures!

Finally, check out Spark People! I have really been trying to be better about exercising and eating healthier! This is a nifty tool to use if you are interested in doing the same! :]

Well, I had a lot to talk about! So much fun though! I told you it would be HUGE! Have an amazing weekend! Maybe I'll post on the road or something of that sort...I love you all!

Bekah needs a to go party

So my bestie Cassandra was talking to her mom about me moving, and her mom responds with "You are going to throw her a to go party, right?" haha. So instead of having a going away party, I am having a to go party. :]

Here are some more pics from my work going away party with tellers only:

It was way too much fun playing around outside. The pic with all of us goes in a frame the girls got me to take to my new window in CO. :]

I've been doing some reading. I just finished this book after watching the movie:It was so much better than the movie. So I needed a new book, and I bought this one today:It's apparently about a family who has been in the witness protection program after witnessing a violent crime involving the mafia. After years, a man from the mafia tracks her down, so it sounds interesting. I'll let you know what I thought when I finish it.

I've been working and schooling and resting. I have three more days at work!!! So super exciting!!! Then I have a week and a half off before I start my new job in CO. We got an apartment for May, June, and July, so that's exciting!

I've been really trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been watching what I eat, and I have lost a total of twelve pounds. I just bought this new planner to track my progress better:It's bloody brilliant! It looks so much easier to keep up with then what I have been using. I'm super excited.

This next weekend, I am driving all the way to Indiana to see this cutie pie:We have an exciting weekend planned! OMG! I CANNOT WAIT!!! I'm looking forward to the drive, as well. It's a lot of time to think and meditate and pray and relax.

Our house is currently being remodeled piece by piece. Right now, the bathroom is being worked on. I came home from work one day to see this view of the fromt of my house:
Talk about feeling redneck!

This gorgeous girl has a tutorial on packing tape image transfers that's brilliant! OMG! Here's my frist attempt:
I absolutely love the texture!! It's def. one for the scrapbook!

Speaking of scrapbooking, I have been playing with an 8 1/2 x 11 book, since I used all of the room in my last album. Here's the ones I can show you:

I have another super cute one I have done for the next SOTB challenge. You have to go to the blog on the 15th when the next challenge will be announced! I can't wait for that! My etsy shop is sponsoring with a gift certificate so you'll have to check that out! New stuff going up in there soon, and a lot of things have been marked down! :]

Every week, I'm going to showcase some talent on my blog, whether that be etsy shops, ebay shops, blogs, or other websites. So here comes the first one.

The first lady is a talent I discovered locally here in Alabama. She is the creator of Pink Zebra gifts. She has both a website and ebay shop. At her website, you can find various gifts including monogrammed cuties. I'm currently digging these: These cuties are monogrammed ipod holders! I love the polka dots and the monograms! These are totally adorable as well:I want a little girl so I can dress her in this cute pillow case dress! Too adorable!

Her ebay shop showcases super cute die cuts for your layouts and cards. So worth looking into if you don't own your own die cutting machine or can't spend the money on all of the different ones out there but want to use these cuties. She also offers some monogrammed items at her ebay shop. Take a look at some of my favies:

Check her shops out! Tell her I sent you! :]

I'm so excited about all of the fun things in store these coming days, weeks, and months! It's going to be one heck of a journey!

Come join me as I capture it all right here on my blog. :]

I love you all!

Stories

Today after work, we went out to celebrate me going away. I love me some tellers. MHM. Sooo much fun!! Here're some fun pics:

I split fajitas with Nelia, and they were delicious. We are goobers, and we discussed a lot of goings on. :] Two of the girls no longer work at our branch, so we did a little catching up...They were all so sweet, and went in to get me a present; they are sooo sweet.

I also marked down my etsy shop. Check it out. :]

Rachel Bilson is my current fashion icon. I'm currently loving her style:

I just wanted to congratulate Miss Elaine on winning SISTV Style Star! Comgrats girl. The whole internet community is jealous! ;] I'm going to visit this lovely next weekend, and I am so totally stoked. MHM.

Off to more hula hooping.
